We have been there for dinner without a reservation and the service stuff were kind enough to find us a table outside over the street to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the night. (It was Pentecost and the city was packed with many locals.) We have been impressed by the offers in the menu. There is also a special menu for the day - worth asking. The service has been prompt and nice. The staff knows how to make their guests feeling comfortable. Food wise we started with the one and only caponata and a special baked cheese. We follow up with fried cod and a tomato nut pasta with raisins. Both servings were generous and super tasty. The wine list is well served, tho we went just for a glass of a local red wine. Highly suggested for a tasty dinner in Castellmare del Golfo.
Thoroughly enjoyed our couple of nights here. Really good menu and wine selection, good location, staff were very friendly.
Visited this restaurant by coincidence as we were passing near by. Food is authentic to this region of italy and fresh and tasty. Location is in the central and surrounding area gets lively especially during the weekend.
Excellent Restaurant - typical sicilian dishes but with a modern touch. Staff very friendly and all dishes from antipasti to dessert were super delicious. We also got a greeting from the kitchen. Thank you!
Very friendly staff and fast service. The food is good overall, but the pasta with peste and pistachios is to die for (the Paccheri d'elle madonie is what I would recommend you to order) .The sauce is very flavorful. Overall all the dishes were good and well seasoned.
Good food, friendly service, nice atmosphere, but best Cannolo so far
With such a high rating and a pleasent aroma from the street, I was excited about dining at Coccio. Nothing was particularly wrong with the expirience, but I expected more. Most of the dishes were served extremely hot, the flavours were there, but didn't compliment each other as much ... Good lunch, but without the expected 'wow' effect.
This place is lovely, delicious food. The restaurant’s atmosphere is both cozy and vibrant, creating the perfect setting for an enjoyable dining experience.
